  What is included in a 1 Day Clayprint Workshop?
A scheduled One-Day workshop is Saturday or Sunday, 9:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.  $125 /workshop
An additional $30 materials fee for new students includes the clay slab 'printing plate' to keep.
Materials fee waived for returning students, who bring their own slab.

GENERAL WORKSHOP INFORMATION:

Workshops are hands-on and accommodate both beginning and returning students. They include a quick introduction to the wonderful art and history of clayprinting, with all you need to know to get started. Returning students will enjoy a review, and catch up on the latest ideas and techniques. Small class size, lots of individual attention. Drinks are provided. Bring a sack lunch.

Workshops Include:

  • Daily demonstration(s)
  • Work at your own pace
  • Lots of individual attention
  • Materials*: "Reemay" (to print on), clay, slips, pigments,  a 16" x 20" base board to hold the slab, and the use of some tools to work on your prints
  • For returning students, the materials fee is waived
  • Drinks are provided (Bring a sack lunch or restaurants are nearby)

*Additional Reemay will be available to purchase during the workshop. The clay slab may be reused indefinitly, to continue your work at your own studio. A workshop materials list will be provided to registered students.
